November 1, 2002 Joining Forces- DTS Fluid power, LLC - Rubber Materials
On November 1, 2002, DTS Fluid Power, LLC (DTS) of Grandville, MI announced the joining forces with Rubber Materials of Madison Heights MI. Rubber Materials will operate under the new name of DTS Fluid Power, LLC-Rubber Materials Division or RMD. As a result DTS has moved its operations from Livonia, MI to the Madison Heights location of Rubber Materials Division.
Rubber Materials was established in 1933 in Madison Heights, MI. They have a strong reputation that has long been known for its ability to provide Dayco-Eastman products to the hose and fitting market. Among other product lines their services extend to custom customer specific kits. Now that they have joined forces with DTS they are able to provide their current product line and expand into the full product line DTS has to offer.
By combining these companies they have furthered their benifits to now include a larger inventory, power unit fabrication, repair services, ISO 9002 quality system and increased technical sales support.
